So are we allowed to submit our own sonnets?
Absolutely! There’s a “submit” button over on the right side of the page. If you drop something in there, I’ll put it up in a post. And give you credit for it and link to your blog, of course. (Or if you want to stay anonymous for whatever reason, that’s fine too.)
Also, I’ll use this answer as an opportunity to say hello to all my new followers (there are certainly a lot of you!) and to tell you that I’m always looking for suggestions for poem subjects. Just leave me a topic in my ask box (a character, an object, a scene, a place, or really anything) and I’ll write a poem about it. I don’t have any suggestions lined up at the moment, so please, go nuts!
